Who We Are
Grandma‘s House (the BNB) was created out of the knowledge that many people are struggling today missing the love and care from childhood, or from never having the experience of a loving and safe home as children.
As the leading nostalgia focused vacation destinations in the area, we attribute our feel-good reputation to the lasting relationships we’ve developed throughout the years. We don’t have clients, we have family members-and we have a very large family!
Grandmas House supports the efforts of many organizations and local programs, including animal shelters, domestic violence shelters and multiple children’s organizations.
Proceeds from Grandma’s House are donated to charity.
Family members paying Grandma a visit are always strongly encouraged to bring items to donate. As needs can change throughout the year, you will be contacted with suggested donation materials prior to your visit.
Grandma’s Nostalgia House- A Time Traveling Vacation
Grandma’s House is a mid-century time capsule home in a quiet, post World War II neighborhood in historic Rockford Illinois.
The home has been preserved in all it’s mid-century glory.
There are also wonderful surprises to be found, which will not be revealed here.
